Fitness+ What’s the difference between fitness+ and workouts powered by Apple Watch

I notice when I go into Apple one it offers a family offer or a premier offer (Portugal). And both have music arcade storage and tv but the difference is ‘workouts powered by Apple Watch’. Is this a lesser version of fitness+ ?
