What's the difference between "Full Name" and "Account Name"?

Just re-install a new OS X Lion. On the "Create Your Computer Account" screen, what are "Full Name" and "Account Name" used for and where will I see them on my MBP, moving forward after I create them?

For example, if I call "Full Name" "Mickey Mouse", will my "Computer Name" also be "Mickey Mouse"...
Or does "Mickey Mouse" become my initial Administrator user account??
