I’m attaching a photo from the activity/fitness app.
It states I’ve burned 484 calories today under ‘move’

it also states 2,007 total calories.

honestly I’m wondering what the difference is. This entire time I’ve been thinking my move calories are my overall calories burned that the Apple Watch has tracked but now I’m not so sure.

Is the watch accurate in deterring that I have in fact burned over 2,007 calories today?

Is it even accurate? Total calories as in TOTAL calories my body has burned today? Cause if so that’s wild taking into account the calories burned just in my internal organs, which I hear burn quite a bit daily just to have the body functioning.

Yes, Move calories are active calories.
Total calories are active calories plus resting calories - just to stay alive. The brain alone uses about 300 calories a day. (The "cost" of having a big brain, compared to other animals).
I don't know how accurate the total calories is, but 2000+ calories per day is typical.
Something to compare with how many calories you eat a day.

My brain uses at most 50 calories. :)
