One is OEM [Original Equipment Manufacture (or something close to that)] (cheaper) and the other is Retail (more expensive).
 
Thanks for the reply. So it really is just a price thing? My local Best buy has the RTL version, but I think I just gotta order the OEM from Newegg for the price, if there's no real difference.
 
retail usually means it just comes in the retail box with a manual and cables, etc. OEM usually means its just the hard drive in the minimum packaging. The actual drives would be the same.

Really the only difference is it comes in a giant wasteful plastic box and has a piece of paper with it, no cables or anything of use. I was kinda tempted to get the retail version at Best Buy as I work there, but Newegg was still like $10-$20 cheaper compared to my employee price.
Get the OEM version.
