Whats the easiest way I can mass-convert all my movies so they will play in iTunes?

I have about 200 movies and TV shows in various formats (Most are DivX), I'm looking for a free program that can convert them all to a format that can be played in iTunes, and on my iPod.

isquint (free) or visual hub (which is not free but way beter)

unfortunately you get these anymore from deveolpers' site anymore so maybe look at torrents?
