Whats the fastest way to move phone cam videos to the PC?

Its all in the thread title. I have about 8 videos which need to be sent to a friend of mine. Whats the fastest way to get it on my Win PC? I dont have Itunes installed but I can if its needed.

I have the Iphone 4 with 5.1

DropBox?

Haven't tried it myself but just installed it on my MacBook in anticipation of my iPad2's arrival. From the description it should be shoot video -> upload to DropBox from iPhone -> download to PC.

I think you can also give others your DropBox info and they can download content directly to their PC(s). I'm not endorsing that method, just mentioning it.

To just get it onto the PC, you can do this. Essentially, when you plug in the iPhone, a popup should appear allowing you to browse certain folders on your iPhone or import the videos and pics.
