Whats the fastest way to order BTO 12" mac

I want to get the Macbook 12" maxed out at 512gb ram and 1.2ghz chip. What is the quickest way to order it tax free? BH Photo doesnt have it and apple site says 4-6 weeks.

Maxed out is 1.3GHz. If you only need the 1.2GHz, I've been able to find them in local Apple stores or Best Buy stores (though very limited, you need to actually go there to find them).

This. The 1.2/512 can be found in local stores, but you need to go in store. Online inventory checks show no stock.
