Whats the latest Operating System that works with Mini vmac?

I have been playing around with Mini vmac recently and I wondered what the latest OS was which worked with it? Also how you make DSK files which works with it from discs? Any help much appreciated, thanks.

System 7.5.5. vMac emulates the Mac Plus.

The vMac download includes documentation. There is no need to replicate it here.
