OK, I know it's probably not going to say anything sensational, but does anyone know what the text on podium in the Keynote icon says?

It looks like the first line says:

God, I ...

Second paragraph says:

She said: "Give me ...

And that's all I can see. I've attached the highest res version of the logo I can find. Maybe it has a few Microsoft digs, reveals the launch date of Leopard or when the next iPods are out.... :)

Ah, just what I need: another opportunity to procrastinate with some pointlessly infuriating task!

I think the first line continues with the word 'determined'. The second line looks like "There is no work..." Maybe the last sentence of the second paragraph begins, "Love a map..."

Looked something along the lines of "God, ...I borrow an/are arrange... %" at the start. Gibberish I say!

The first line says, "God, I implore thee, let the new iPods be multitouch and the iMacs matte again."

The second line says, "Give me Final Cut Studio at the student price with free upgrades."

Please note that according to the headline, we can expect that in Q4 2008...just in time for Christmas.

It's the lyrics to "The Bitch of Living" from Spring Awakening.

Great, that was a quick mystery solved! I guess in this song "she" could easily be Keynote if the designer was being a little clever.

It sounds like a good musical - maybe they just wanted some free tickets for a little secret marketing!

And no-on asked this during the Q&A of the iMac launch. Could you imagine the faces of the guys sat on stage!

Just thought, when Leopard comes out with its 256 * 256 (is that correct) icons it should be easier to work out what it says.

How cool would that job be, you are the guy who can choose what text goes on the Keynote icon!

Kudo! That looks like what it is!!! Well done!! I'm happier to know now. I look like an idiot sitting at work with my face to the screen trying to read it :) Thank you that you solved it before my boss walked by! lol!
