What's the Thunderbolt 3 speed on the new 2018 13" TouchBar on 4 ports?

Does any body know if the 2018 13" TouchBar model finally have 4 ports capable of outputting FULL Thunderbolt 3 speed at 40GB/s unlike 2016 & 2017 only 2 out of 4 ports can output that much?? TIA

I read that all four ports support full Thunderbolt 3 speed. I just don’t remember where—one of the online articles, maybe at Arstechnica.
