Its a photoshopped picture of the new Ipod Touch because as you can see the apps like Customize, SMBPrefs, Touchpad, etc. are all programs that were availible if you jailbreak your Touch and use Installer/Cydia to install 3rd party apps. However, Customize and SMBPrefs don't exist in the 2.X.X firmwares, instead they were pretty much replaced by Winterboard.

That's not necessarily Photoshopped. Jailbreaking can change icons.
