I am asked to do an iPad app whose screen shots look like image attached. In a navigation bar based app.

what's the button in right corner ? what's the control which looks similar to UIActionBar ?

is it a standard control used in iPad

and what's the popup view with 3 items called ? UIActionBar ? Usually UIActionBar in iPhone pops up from buttom in iPhone, here in iPad can we specify a location ?

Or is it a custom control ?

UIPopoverController is what it is for the iPad

thanks a lot, And I have one screen where a view pops over the existing view with a tableview inside it, it does not have that angular pointer of UIPopOverController

what is that view called ?

basically it looks like a custom alert when it pops p in the middle background is greyed out. This has a few labels and a tableview

what control would this be in iPad

regards
