I reckon you have Windows installed with Bootcamp?
Dumb question, I can see the Windows disk on the screenshot :)

Hi!
i have found the solution!

This error comes from a destroyed file on a NTFS Bootcamp Windows Partition.

The Solution is:

Boot your machine in Windows.
Use the Windows Explorer to unhide all your hidden and system files.
Right click on your c: Drive, klick on properties, klick on tools, click on Check now (in Error-Checking).
Windows needs now a restart to perform all the checks.
After the restart, start you windows explorer again.

Click on your c: Drive to show all your files and folder in c:\
Delete all the Mac files an folders like: c:\.Trashes,c:\Desktop and so on...

and Yipie!!!! the Strange file ist gone!

Cheers Ronny
