whats this new icon in itunes when i attach my iphone?

i saw this new icon after the update in itunes. looks like it's a plug icon which implies that there will be wireless syncing from my best guess.

That came in with 1.1.2, it's just letting you know the charge state of the phone. :)

Less than full, the icon gives you an indication.
