So we all know that the Apple Watch has a hidden diagnostics port inside one of the strap slots, but I noticed that the Series 3 appears to have an additional hole to the left of the cover:
This hole doesn't seem to be present on the Series 0 nor the Series 2. It's covered with some kind of grille and resembles a microphone or speaker, but those are already located to the side of the unit (and it wouldn't make sense putting a microphone where it would be obstructed by the watch strap anyway).
