Everyone in the world except me probably knows :(

I've been calling it a box thing for years, but today my lazy vocabulary caught up on me. I need to know what's called. Anyone kind enough to fill me in? It's like an info box, find them on the side of cartons usually with some information inside.
 
My eyes perceive that to be a label, with some sort of adhesive on one side of it.

I missed this message earlier, so I thought you were referring to the whole thing when I said info graphic. I spent almost 10-years designing and laying out business forms, that kind of thing on a business form was just called a "box with a header", if it has a proper name I've never heard of it either.
 
As tiny as the posted pic is I define it as an eye strain. If you want to find out what it is I suggest if you use Firefox installing a plug in called Tineye which is an image recognition tool and find a bigger version of that image to post.

From what I can gather the OPs not interested in the entire image, but the concept of a box with a colored header at the top.

I know but it makes my head hurt looking at an image that small it would be nice if the OP might supply some other examples. on top of that Tineye might even direct him to a site that has some sort of definition of what the kind of image that is.

Yeah it is just that box concept. The image is pretty tiny, I can still make it out though on my screen. 'Text Box' is the closest I came to a search term for it but still no real joy.

Made some from scratch last night. I wanted to find some templates or brushes to speed up some work I had going atm.

Still reckon there's an industry term for it, if I come across it I'll necro the thread in future :D
