What's up with Forbe's new iOS articles in Apple News that look to be 4-5 years old?

I'm reading Apple News App tonight 2/13/19, and finding a bunch of old iOS news from Forbes about things like iOS 9 and 11 that are posted today, but look like they're from a time capsule - about iOS 9.1 is great but 9.02 has 3 new problems found, or Apple leaks reveal iPhone 8 shape change, or iOS 10.3.3 should you upgrade, and iOS 11.2 should you upgrade? etc

I feel like I'm having Deja Vu, again.
