not sure whats going on, i recently got a new charger (2 months ago) since my told one shorted out. Well the last 2 weeks my charger has been going in and out meaning it will charge then it wont. its the new style charger but i have to move the cable around to get it to charge and its annoying. not sure whats going on but maybe you guys know.

You should upgrade to Snow Leopard, and run the firmware update for compatibility with the new "L shaped" chargers.
computer already has the update
and now i found out, the charger only charges when i turn the wire near the metal then it charges, if i keep the wire straight then it doesnt charge. what kinda BS is this, i paid $90 for this exactly 2 months ago and basically stopped working.

Since I don't work for the Apple Store I can't give you any kind of guarantee but I imagine they would. The warranty on that power adaptor is likely a year. Look through the paperwork it came with and see what the warranty is.
