Hey everyone,

Just got a brand new MS BlueTooth Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer. I bought it from eBay.

Problem...

It setup with no problems, but I can't seem to get it to work well enough to even use it. I can't seem to be able to scroll from one side of the screen to the other. It jumps around and it's not accurate at all.

I have tried new batteries.

I have tried different mouse pads and different surfaces.

I downloaded the latest driver for Mac, but it does show my mouse on the "supported list".

Does anyone else use this mouse or is it even compatible?

For now I am back to my old "old school wireless" Microsoft mouse.
I have never had a problem with this one, just I needed more buttons and I wanted to upgrade to BT.

Thanks

I have the same mouse and it works OK for me on my PowerBook. I definatally woudn't recommend it to anyone though, its a pain in the ass and doesn't always pair with the computer. Microsoft doesn't support this mouse on the Mac, but if you choose something similar in the drivers menu, you should be OK.
