Right now, the status bar on iOS 15 and 15.1 on iPhone 13 Pro is very large. It almost looks like it runs in compatibility mode or something. This way, the status bar fills both sides of the notch, despite the notch being smaller now. The status bar text is the same size like the standard 17pt text size. It looks very weird. Curiously on the iPhone 13 Pro Max simulator the sizing is correct and there's a lot more space to use. I did not see a comparison with a real phone yet.
