What’s with the Checkboard Thing?

I've started to notice when watching a movie that every few minutes I get a brief flash of a colorful grid like frame that pops up. Sometimes it’s reds and greens and sometimes it’s blues and blacks...

Looks like a checkerboard.

Anyone know what I’m seeing?

I've never seen such a thing on my apple tv 4k.

It looks like a block of coloured squares?

Could be due to internet speed dropping to low?

Don’t think so. I’ve got a pretty hefty 300GB down... watched a full feature tonight with no issue though.

That could be a hdmi cable issue. Try a different one?
