Whats wrong?? Plz help

Hi.. i am having a small problem....
Whenever i am opening webistes ... some pictures are not loading and some are... basically the pictures whic are not loading have a small Blue box with a ? mark... what do i do......

It was ok till 2 days back.... my comp is MB Air... its up to date with all updates.. thanks

Do you have the latest version of flash installed?

yes.... is it the same as flash player.. sorry i am not sure...wld really appreciate if u cld provide the link if possible.. thanks a lot...
