iPod touch whats wrong with the lockscreen album artwork?

Right above 'alicia keys' there's a line
is it normal? i noticed this after removing a theme, i did even remove winterboard.

I shows like that with any other songs/album artworks

Well, I have that on a non-jail broken iPod Touch 4 too. I guess it is Apple's attempt on trying to show an 'emboss' view of the album artwork against the interface.

Turn your iPod off and stop the music. Now press either wake button on the iPod and leave it at the lockscreen. Look at the background for the clock. Notice something?

Thought so. It's a translucent layer with a gradient.
