I can tell you right off the bat that it's a fake. Simply the price gives that away. It doesn't appear that it's installed incorrectly, but that doesn't look like a Vapor Comp honestly.

Regardless, you never want to buy anything Element off of eBay, simply because if it's less than a few dollars from the retail price, chances are it's fake.
