I haven’t been able to receive any mails for over 2 months and have been talking to 10+ support agents and my case has been escalated to engineers for one and a half month now.

Still no emails and no one can tell me what’s going on besides that “they’re working on it”.

I’m very disappointed about this and especially that you can’t talk to those engineers or get any info about what’s going on.

Have you experienced anything like it and what did you do to get things moving?

I haven't ever experienced that kind of problem with Apple.

Have you tried creating a new iCloud email account to see if you get mail? Are you on the public release or beta?
I don’t use any form of beta software. But the issue is system/server related as I also don’t receive any mails via webmail. So not a client based issue.

It works fine with a new address but the issues is that I’ve been using my email address for around 20 years and it’s connected with everything in my digital life ever since. So a new address is not a good solution for me.
