I'm about to sell my old audio recording gear to purchase a newer more functional setup.

What software/hardware are Mac users utilizing in order to record your music?

Be sure to list all programs as well as any interfaces in addition to the specs of the machine being used as well.

Pictures if you got'em!

I've currently got:

MBP 2.5/4GB/320
ProAudio+ 750GB FW800 External
Apogee ensemble rackmount
MAudio Octane8 preamp
Logic Studio
Maestro (integrates fantastically with Logic)

and instrument craps (gear, mics, amps, controllers, et al).

This is my "home" studio where i also record local bands.

Macbook Pro 1.83GHz/1.5/500gb H/D (runs atleast 25+ tracks w/ plugins before increasing buffer size)
Digidesign 002R
Pro Tools 7.1
Lynx Aurora 8
Command 8
Tascam M520 console
Chandler Germanium 1xpres
JLM 1290 2xpres

Lots of mics, instruments etc.

Does Pro Tools run pretty smoothly on that?
