WhatsApp and other apps not showing/delay notifications

Hi everybody.

1 year using my Iphone 13 Pro Max, everything ok. Suddenly, messages (notifications) of WhatsApp and other apps (like Gmail and Outlook) stop showing frecquently: i have to open app, and then swipe down to refresh.

WhatsApp is worse: new messages don't show up until I open app, and, if they arrive, notifications shows in my phone whenever my iphone wants to (minutes after, even hours). I have all notifications on, and everything updated.

Any help with this?
