If you use whatsapp on ios 8 betas, you already know of the bug that causes it to crash. An easy fix is to download from the App Store an almost identical & much more secure (but currently still working in iOS 8) app called Telegram HD & use it until whatsapp is fixed. I already switched and it works great. Plus it's completely free for more than just a year and has no ads. Best of all, it's not owned by facebook. Lol.

Telegram HD is such a clone of whatsapp that it even has the 2 green check marks, similar setup process, similar settings menus, can send voice messages from the mic icon to the right of the text box, and it let's you know when someone is typing a message & when they were last online. All just like whatsapp.

Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram is cloud-based and heavily encrypted. As a result, you can access your messages from several devices (including desktops!) and share an unlimited number of photos, videos and files (doc, zip, mp3, etc). Thanks to our multi-data center infrastructure and encryption, Telegram is also faster and way more secure. On top of that, Telegram is free and will stay free — no ads, no subscription fees, forever.

Its really not a bug fix. You're just recommending that people use a different app.

A "fix" that doesn't actually do anything to address the actual issue.
