Apps WhatsApp calls on  Watch

When I get a WhatsApp call ( Not a message, that works fine) my  Watch 4 does not notifie me .No haptic .
Is that normal ? I'm not 100% sure I remember if it did before updating to Watch OS7 and iOS 14.

If not a normal behavior , any help would be appreciated .
