Whatsapp error documents don´t open

Hello Friends,

I just restored my whatsapp backup from icloud, but there are some files that can't be open. The files doesnt size 0Kb but when I click on it to show it it shows a blank page and I can't share or something like that.

I have free icloud space over 50gb and free iphone space over 50gb my backup sizes 12.5gb

I have installed word, adobe
