Ever since I got the new iPhone 12 pro all my groups that tibia be muted are showing a message badge on the WhatsApp icon. They are not making a sound just the badge. I have them muted like I’ve had on all my other iPhones. I have deleted and reinstalled WhatsApp. I have also deleted and reinstalled from another iCloud so as to bring in a new WhatsApp not the one stored in my iCloud. Obj e taken screen recording and sent to WhatsApp with no help. Is anybody else having this problem. Please help somebody.
