WhatsApp notifications

Hello everyone,
I would appreciate your help, the whatsapp application continues to alert me with a sound when I receive a message, even though in the notification settings, I turned off this option. Does anyone have an idea how to handle this?
I'm using MacBook Air 2020 Intel, with Ventura 13.4.1 (22F82).
