whatsapp on my itunes but not on my iphone 4

Hi
I changed phones last week and installed apps on my new iphone 4 no problem, except for whatsapp.

i went to app store and downloaded ok but then icon doesnt show on the iphone.

It does show on itunes on my laptop, but even though I sync it it wont appear.

I cannot downloaded again on my phone as it says "INSTALLED" on the button of AppStore.
Any tips?
