WhatsApp Profile Error

Hey the question for all those who use the whatsapp messenger on iPhone i don't know its common or only to me.
Whenn i add new contacts on my iPhone i cant see their profile pictures on WhatsApp only the existing contact pics exist, i have tried contacting their support, re-installing the App, refreshing, hard reset as suggested by the support.

Please help Thanks
let me know if others aren't experiencing it

Haven't had that problem at all, but I am waiting for them to update their app to iOS6. What the heck are they doing?
