When adding file, finder doesn't jump to the top....

say I was on tumblr and wanted to choose a file to add. When the finder window opens up , it doesn't jump to the top. Its like 3/4 of the way down. How can i fix this. thanks !!

Got it. in finder click view options: arrange by date modified.
