When am I supposed to get iTunes Radio?

Just noticed no iTunes radio in my new iTunes, and checked iOS 7 on the UK and US pages (I'm still waiting for iOS 7 install to stop failing during authentication). No iTunes radio outside the US! I was looking forward to this as I have iTunes match so it'll be ad free.

When is it supposed to be coming to the rest of the world? I guess it's gonna be ad supported Spotify still then when I want something I don't have in my music collection and iTunes match.

It's US only at the moment and can be found in the music app, not the iTunes app.

You can manage to get US iTunes radio even if you're in another country by buying a US iTunes gift card and creating a US account.

I have a US iTunes account, but my primary iTunes account is the UK and I have enabled/subscribed to iTunes Match.

So everytime I switch to my US iTunes account, I lose all my iTunes Match access until I log in to my UK account again (and has to go through that annoying process of collecting all my music stored in the cloud).
