usually they sent out before 45 days ,
 
Last year Apple sent out the iPhone 6 keynote invitations on Aug 28th. I'd assume they will be around the same time this year as well.

No. The invitations go out no more than one week before the event.

Where'd you get it into your head that they come out 45 days prior to the event?

It's only going to be a press event so there will be no tickets for the general public.

I think you are confusing it with WWDC, which is announced well in advance and tickets are made available to developers through a lottery.

The public don't go to the events. They're for press. The only people who get invitations are press.

There are no tickets. It's not WWDC or the old MWSF, these are press events. Apple stream them online.

Yes only for press, but you should be able to watch on you idevice from your home or work ...

i think if people working in apple store more respect than engerneering -

not easy to get a job in apple store
