When are stores other than Apple going to sell the Mini?

I was hoping to pick up a Mini at a store near me rather than order online from Apple. Do you think online retailers and B&M will start to sell them on 11/2?
 
We know Best Buy amd Sam's Club will start selling them in-store on the 2nd, so it's safe to assume others will as well.
