When booting from Windows into MacOS Temp Spikes

When I restart from Windows and choose to boot into MacOS my temperature seems to spike into the 90's upon login. If I sit a the login screen it's fine, but once logged in the temp will spike for maybe 7 seconds and then wind down and I notice during this period the CPU is in the 90's...

If you can get it up fast enough, Activity Monitor is your friend when asking these questions. If it is really busy than it is going to generate heat and the fans are going to spin faster.
