I dont think the update has even been officially released. Even then I would think it would be a couple weeks before it came on a phone preinstalled.

it could be a week or so before the updated phones hit shelves. Considerig that this is a fairly minor update, or so it seems, why are you waiting to buy a product that will update itself when you sync it with iTunes?
