When can we expect the next generation iPhone?

I have held out buying the 3G because my phone contract is not up for another 6 months, so I was wondering about when the next generation iPhone will be out? I have heard rumors of the quicker 4G network as well.

2010+ for 4G

Probably awhile for 4G cell phones in America since were always so far behind in this stuff and 3G still isn't everywhere only the major cities

When another generation of iPhone comes out you'll start seeing leaked ppictures of it

It's gonna be awhile. Keep in mind, Apple wants to make as much money as possible from the current generation of iPhone before they even hint at a major revision. They are making a ton of money now. I would buy the 3G and enjoy it until mid 2009 at least. The only exception to this would be if you are waiting for a 32GB...and that may still be a few months out at this point as well.
