when connecting iphone into itunes all of my folders are gone?

I am using the latest version of iTunes and when I plug in my iphone to get sync on the app tab all of my folder's are gone so I am not going to hit sync cause I don't want to spend countless hours making new folders.

I am in need of help still everytime I plug in my IOS devices all my folder's are gone that I made to put my apps in.
