When do AT&T night minutes start when you set up your Account
in New York, but are visiting in California ?

Is it 9pm NYC time or 9pm California time ?

They must have changed that ... or maybe I'm thinking of another provider ... it's late.

Wasn't it 8PM with Cingular? Did AT&T changed it to 9PM? Or, was it 9PM with Cingular as well?

I thought Verizon is the only network with 9PM night start.
