When do I submit my rebate?

I want to submit my rebate for my itouch, but nothing has been shipped yet. When do you guys recommend I submit this rebate? I have the order number since i purchased it online, will it ever change?

On this page it says to submit your claim if you scroll down:

I take it since you have an order number you should just go ahead and do it.
