When do they update the Apple online store?

obviously I am not talking about a product announcement that coincides with a keynote speech. But, historically, when they just update the store with new products, when do they do it usually? when does the site reflect the change? Midnite Pacific time? 9 AM pacific time?

Everything i've seen when there is not an event it is before 9am Eastern time. Most people say pacific time but thats simply not true. I know apple is based in california but business in the rest of america begins earlier than that in the day. Especially with companies that have surpise product announcements, your dependant upon press release to help company value. I got up early ot order my iBook on nov 6, it was like 7am or 7:30 am central standard time....so don't keep holding oyur breath until 9am Pacfiic
