At the latest, It should be available before The end of March. But It's also possible it could launch around the time of the HomePod release as well, which was delayed. Some also believe January for the Airpower to release

March I think. If it was expected for January I think they could/would have funnelled more resources into it to get it out a few weeks earlier for Christmas. Plus Apple haven't had the best record for meeting their release predictions lately anyway...
