It doesn't matter, because they won't be delivered before the 20th even if they could. Mostly they ship the day before delivery.
Depends on where they ship from. Stock shipping from China will start moving sooner than stock sitting in a domestic warehouse.
As mentioned, barring the rare screw up, deliveries slated for the 20th won't arrive before then.
