When Do You Think I Will Receive My New MacBook Pro?

Hello All,

This is my first post on this forum. So, please welcome me.

I would like to know on the average who many days it would take to get my mac, I am way to excited, I can barely sleep.

This is my first time buying a mac, and in fact going into the mac world. I am new to everything about mac.

I purchased my MacBook Pro 15" online, on Saturday, June 7, 2008 at 8PM PDT.
The only options I customized were the Glossy Screen, 200GB HD instead of the 250GB. And I added the protection plan and the Apple Remote.

I also took an advantage of the promotion and got the Apple iPod Touch + Engraved.

Today being, Tuesday June 10, 2008 1AM PDT, I would like to know when you think it will arrive. I cannot stop thinking about it. ...seriously.

Currently the Order Status shows:
MBP - Not yet shipped
iPod Touch - Prepared for Shipment

That engraving 'may' have delayed things 5 days. I would say; without knowing where you are, that the arrival will be June 23. You'll be able to track Thursday morning.

Holy cow! I called this morning and they said it would be shipped today or tomorrow. And she upgraded my shipping to 2-3 days, free.

why not wait and keep tracking it because nobody on here can give you a date of delivery as nobody is god, so they cant control shipping factors within companies such as fedex etc who I assume deliver the goods!

ordered my MBP Wednesday June 4th along with an iPod touch.

Received iPod touch Saturday June 7th. Received MBP Monday June 9th.

The MBP was shipped from China and arrived 3 days ahead of FedEx's estimated delivery. I love FedEx. Always a positive experience, unlike UPS.

That's good to hear, I had my shipment upgraded from free to overnight when I called in. I wonder how many shipping upgrades they make to people who call... Absolutely amazing customer service when I called. You will love your MBP!

When you called, did you just inquire about the status and they automatically upgraded? Or did you have to ask for it?
