When does apple store open now?

Which store? I think hours vary slightly if the Apple store is in a mall or located on 5th ave.

If you buy a phone for store pickup online it will be held for you at the store once you get the email that it is ready for pick up.

I have heard others here say that the website showed that a certain model showed as available for in store pickup (if purchased online) but they were not able to walk in and buy the same model.
