when does wrapsol replacements ship?

i ordered a replacement from them due to a problem with my old ultra screen protector and i never got a email that it shipped and its been a day so far.

i've ordered replacements twice through them, once on a friday, and it shipped the following monday. i don't think they process orders on the weekends.

they are usually very quick about shipping (my 2 orders and 2 replacement orders both were sent very fast) from my experience.
